Dr. Saeed ur Rahman, Assistant Professor, Department of Islamic Studies, has published a book entitled as "Tahqeeqat Islamiyat" (Urdu Islamic Research Index). The book consists of 520 pages. This comprehensive alphabetic index presents more than 8000 titles & necessary details of research thesis/dissertations completed or ongoing at Doctorate, M.Phil & Masters level in about 100 Universities of the sub-continent in Islamic Studies or other disciplines from religious Perspective. 

The book is very useful both for M.Phil/ Ph.D Scholars and Research Supervisors in Islamic & Oriental Studies as it will facilitate them in Selection of unique Research Topics and doing Literature Review.
