TENDER NOTICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAB EQUIPMENT & CHEMICALS

Sealed bids are invited from the interested firm/companies registered with tax departments for approved Research Project entitled "Assessing the Cause of Groundwater Nitrate Pollution in Pakistan and the Development of Environmental Chemistry Research and Curriculum at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan", No.6-4/PAK-US/HEC/2015/04, required for supply Lab equipment and Chemicals. The tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement office on the payment of non-refundable amount of Rs. 2000/-(Rupees: Two thousands only for each tender till 4.00 PM on working days. The bids must reach the Procurement office on or before March, 08 2017 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives, in the Conference room of the University (AWKUM) at Garden Campus.

Term & Conditions

1.       Earnest money is 2% of the tender cost.

2.       No tender will be accepted with out production of 2% earnest money in the shap of call deposit/pay order.

3.       The quoted price should be FOR&C&F.

4.       The offer must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening for the successful tender/bidders.

5.       After approval of tender, the successful contractors shall be bound to supply the request items in the specific time, otherwise the related  material/equipment will be purchased after completion of the legal proceeding at the risk and cost of the failure.

6.       The contractor shall be bound to abide the rules and regulation along with the specified terms and conditions or directions of the related higher authorities as well as decision of tenders opening committee.
