Award distribution ceremony to the meritorious students and hardworking staff of
the Department of Zoology, University College of science, Shanker was held in
the main Hall. The Department decided to award those students who got position
in their respective semester in the last final term Exam. This initiative was
taken to inspire the students of that university to be up and doing in their
studies.
The Chairperson Dr. Sumira Shams, while speaking said that
only the meritorious students could change the fate of Pakistan in future. She
called upon the students to be more serious to their studies and follow the
footsteps of the great men of the world. Among others who present on the occasion
were Dr. Gauher rehman, Dr. Khusrshid,
Dr. Abid, Dr. Sadaf Niaz, Dr. Asma Waheed Qurishe, Mr. Waqas Ahmad Shams and
great number of students.
