Dr. Irfan Khattak,
Assistant Professor, College of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry
participated in "2nd Asian African Congress of Mycobacteriology" held
in historical city Esfahan, Islamic Republic of Iran from Feb 25-28, 2017. The
congress brought together 120 international scientific figures from 42
Asian, European and African countries as well 130 Iranian guests. Dr. Irfan
Khattak presented his research titled "Zoonotic Tuberculosis in
Occupationally Exposed High Risk Groups in Peshawar Pakistan". The
congress aimed to establish multilateral networks of scientific research
and training among experts for the fight against deadly Tuberculosis.
