Financial Support for Sample(s), Analysis / Lab Test(s)

Currently enrolled postgraduate students are offered financial support for sample(s), analysis/lab test(s) under ongoing Applications are invited from postgraduate students (MS/MPhil/Ph.D. and equivalent), enrolled with HEC recognized public sector local universities.

It has been noticed that less number of students are applying under ASIP. We find that faculty and students aren’t aware of this HEC research funding program.

Through Access to Scientific Instrumentation Program, the HEC encourages sharing of scientific instrumentation/facilities by the universities with the research fellows, for academic purposes. The institutions that share their research facility are compensated by the HEC under this program. The  research support grant (up to Rs. 75,000/- per annum) is available for postgraduate students (MS/M.Phil./PhD.)
