They declared me ineligible from Lecturer Environmental Sciences post by showing the reason that i got less then 3.00/4.00 CGPA. In fact my CGPA is 3.54/4.00 with one journal publications. Very bad... I attached all the necessary documents. They were supposed to check my documents with checkers that were not blind.
