Progress Review Meeting of Quality Enhancement Cells

The QEC, AWKUM successfully participated in the Progress Review Meeting of Quality Enhancement Cells, falling under group III & IV held on December 01-02, 2016. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Mohammed Rafiq Baloch at Regency Hotel Islamabad. Mr. Shah Hussain Awan, Deputy Director QEC, delivered a brief presentation on the following items:

1.      Program Accreditation

2.      Program Self- Assessment

3.      MS/MPhil Program Review

4.      PhD Program Review

5.      Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE)

6.      Certification from ISO

In concluding remarks Prof. Dr. Rafiq Baloch, Director General Quality Assurance Agency HEC, stressed on strengthening of QEC’s in Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) for improving the quality of education and to meet the international standards in the provision of high-quality teaching, learning, research and service.
