Notifications from Registrar Office Regarding 16th December, 2016



NOTIFICATION

In pursuance to the notification of the DC Mardan, the Competent Authority has been pleased to observe 16th December, 2016 as holiday at the University to show solidarity with Shuhada of the Army Public School Peshawar.

It is notified for the information of all concerned.

    Respected Registrar, Kindly don't use the word "has ben pleased to " while making such a notification for a sad news of SOLIDARITY

      here the pleased means that the worthy registrar is agreed and also desire to observe 16th December as a holiday,also it is a very polite way to announce something else....critics well be welcomed but it should be positive...

    My dear Unknown member...has been pleased to is always used to show an honor to the competent authority. and to add something more to your celestial Majesty it is also stated that the competent authority always has this power as Discretionary....
    if anything went wrong, please make me correct...your Opinion must be taken as addition to my knowledge, but harsh/ without proves and destructive words will affect the viewers....

    here by pleased means that we are observing thr solidarity day.. its a type of approval. critics is good but must have knowledge of official language than speak.. like he wld say i feel sad to announce tomorrow as holiday..
