ORIC organized International Workshop on Proposal Writing at AWKUM

AWKUM and JEBRA international jointly organized a one day workshop on “Writing a winning research proposal” at the Garden Campus, which was attended by researchers from various teaching departments of  AWKUM, The University of Swabi, Women University Swabi andWomen University Mardan.  Director ORIC Dr. Asad Ali started the day with orientation of ORIC role in University and their efforts for research promotion, innovation commercialization and patent registration for AWKUM researchers.The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Jehanzeb khan welcomed the distinguished speakers and appreciated the efforts of ORICs in organizing such events that can boost research activities.

Prof. Dr. Tahir I. Khan, University of Bradford, was the resource person for the workshop. He shed light on the importance of research and shared his views on writing a research proposal that can ensure grants.

Dr. Abdul Mateen , CEO, JEBRA International also shared his knowledge, in the second session of the workshop, on the impact of research on society in Pakistan.

The workshop was concluded by Prof. Dr. Qadir Bakhsh Baloch, Director IBL by thanking the guests and participant. The closing moments were glittered by a graceful presentation of souvenirs to the guests by the Vice Chancellor, AWKUM.
